These terms apply when you use tourassist.app. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Tour Assist is a directory. Venue owners publish their availability. Event organisers browse it and contact venues directly. We are not a booking agent and we are not party to any agreement between organisers and venues.
Your account
- You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials safe.
- You must be authorised to list a venue on Tour Assist.
- The information you publish must be accurate and up to date.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- Post misleading or false availability.
- Scrape, resell or misuse the directory data.
- Contact venues or organisers for anything other than booking-related enquiries.
- Break any applicable law.
We can suspend or remove accounts that breach these rules.
Content you publish
You keep ownership of the content you publish (venue details, descriptions, availability). You give us a licence to host and display it as part of running the service.
Pricing
Tour Assist is free for venues during beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll give you clear notice before charging.
No warranty
We do our best to keep the service reliable and the information accurate, but we provide it "as is". Confirm any booking details directly with the venue before relying on them.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Tour Assist isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We can close accounts that misuse the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll flag them here and, where we can, email account holders.
